2006 Recipient - Robyn Dishko:

Robyn Dishko has been an Eastside soccer player all her life and also played community soccer in Adelaide Park-Churchill previous to that. Robyn's work ethic, on and off the field, was exemplary and she is a true "team player". She was always offering to help her team mates, manager, or coach and worked hard to be inclusive.

Robyn was a very positive influence on her team. She always had a smile and a word of encouragement but if her team need a kick in the pants...Robyn could deliver that too...but always with humour. Robyn has also given back to the sport of soccer and to the Eastside Youth Soccer Community by coaching a young team and passing on her knowledge to the new Eastside members.

Robyn is currently in her first year of Arts and Science at the University of Saskatchewan and is contemplating a number of career paths open to her. She continues to play soccer, in the adult league, in Saskatoon. Well done Robyn, our congratulations go out to you.

Thank you again to Unisource Canada Inc. and to the Gyug family.
