Eastside Youth Soccer Association is a volunteer driven organization. At any time in Eastside there are approximately 150 volunteers participating in the organization and running the organization. Each year these volunteers dedicate thousands of hours to the Association to keep our programs and the organization running smoothly.

We are always looking for volunteers to help out and make Eastside a better place.  There is room for you to volunteer and make a difference.  Volunteering gives you an opportunity to give something back to the organization and to the community.  You will have the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and possibly learn a new skill.

Here is a partial list of volunteer positions in Eastside. 

Coaches (30) – One per team
Assistant Coaches (30) – At least one per team
Team Managers (30) – At least one per team
Coordinators (17) – We try to have two coordinators per age/gender category, plus the Chair of the Coordinators which is a board position.
Equipment Manager (1-3) – We try to have at least two people in this position to spread the workload, one person sits on the board.
Technical Committee (4-6) – This committee manages the technical programs for Eastside and we try to have a variety of skills and both experienced and less experienced coaches sit on the committee – One member is elected Chair and sits on the Board.
Tournament Committee (6-20) – The usual number of volunteers on the Tournament Committee is around 14-16.  This committee plans the Grevers Eastside Tournament.
Board of Directors (12-16) – There are 14 official board positions (President, Vice President, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Equipment Manager, Facilities Cooardinator, Coaches Associate, SYSI Representative, SYSI Discipline Representative, Communications Manager, Volunteer Development Associate,  Chair - Coordinators Committee, Chair - Technical Committee, Community Association Representative)
