Refund Policy:

1. Refunds requested after registering will be subject to the following refund structure:

• Before Registration Deadline - Full Refund
• After Registration Deadline - Full Refund less $50 Administration Fee
• After Placement - 75% of Registration Fees
• Refunds will not be issued to a player that plays any games prior to withdrawing

2. Eastside kit fee is non-refundable.

3. Players withdrawing as a result of injury (which must be supported by a doctor’s note) shall receive a refund of their registration fee pro-rated for the balance of the season that they were not able to play, without any deduction for an administration fee. Players will be responsible to maintain their player registration through Saskatchewan Soccer Association to remain on the roster for the remainder of the season.
