Winterfest Volunteer Appreciation

Our Annual Winterfest Volunteer Social is being held this Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Somewhere Else Pub and Grill on Broadway in the Avalon Mall across from John Lake School.  Start time is 6:45 PM and we will go until about 9:00 PM.  The Somewhere Else Pub and Grill has a live band or performer on Saturday that usually starts at around 8:30 or 9:00 so come out and make an evening of it.   This event is open to all Eastside volunteers.  If you have not yet confirmed your attendance, please RSVP to Bruce Bergstrom at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Eastside Online Registration a Huge Success!

We want to thank everyone for their patience during our transition to our new website and online registration system.  Overall, we have received VERY POSITIVE comments about the new website and registration system.  We were scrambling to get everything ready in time for registration, and we were not entirely sure that the new online system was going to work as well as it did.  So we had to be prepared with the paper registration system that we used to use, just in case,  We also had the paper registration forms available both online and at the registration night, "just in case".  As it turns out, we didn't need the paper forms and the new system performed very well.  We are pleased with how easy it was to use.  We are therefore discontinuing use of the paper registration forms for U12, U14, and U16 age groups.  U18 age groups still need to register with Saskatoon Youth Soccer and they still use the paper registration forms.

For Indoor registration next fall, an online payment option for registration fees will be available as well.

U12, U14 and U16, Did you miss Registration Night?

If you missed our registration night on February 25, 2010, you can still register ONLINE.  Follow the instructions on the Registration tab above.  We will be having an evening for those that missed the first evening to drop off their payments at Aden Bowman Collegiate social centre on March 3, 2010 7-8 PM.  PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE YOU COME!

Under 18 Registration - Deadline March 5, 2010

Under 18 Registration registrations can be submitted to Eastside or directly to Saskatoon Youth Soccer, and this system still uses paper forms.  U18 registration can be done at our Late Registration Payment Drop Off night March 3, 2010 7-8 PM in the Aden Bowman Cafeteria.
